ABOUT US

Established in 2017 as ‘Rach Wynes Beauty’ and originally providing mobile makeup appointments around the West Midlands. Rach did this whilst working a 9-5 office job that showed no career progression, living month to month and dreading going into work every Monday. Back then Rach followed her passion and started the journey that she never expected to be possible.

In 2014 Rach trained as a level 2 Beauty Therapist at college. However, she decided that she wanted to specialise in certain treatment areas of the beauty industry, to be a master of her trade and be known for what she does. Makeup has always been a passion which led her to complete the VTCT course at P Louise Makeup Academy in Manchester. 

For 2 years Rach Wynes Beauty continued to provide mobile appointments and built up a clientele. Having had lash extensions every month for years it was something that inspired her as she admired the skill, time and patience it took to complete a set of lashes. In January 2020, Rach took that next step into becoming a master of her trade by completing a classic lash extension course.

There was immediate demand for lash appointments, therefore Rach decided to expand into offering a variety of different types including; Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume lash extensions. As a brand we have drawn inspiration from other leading lash brands, some of those offered masterclass and advanced artistry courses. These were beneficial for our brand as we were able to learn lash maps, tips, tricks and a variety of useful business advice.

The beauty of Rach being her own boss enabled her to leave that office job and provided freedom, opportunity to spend time with family and control over working life whilst being able to pursue a career with passion.

As a brand, we adore our line of work and are extremely passionate about empowering other women to make them feel the best version of themselves. We pride ourselves in delivering high-quality work and we are motivated to keep growing through the application of the most up to date knowledge, skills, styles and techniques. 

We all started as enthusiasts and people who just had their lashes done themselves, now we are in charge of our time, finances and opportunities. We wake up motivated with the knowledge that we control our lives and the potential of our future. This is why Rach launched training academy to make a difference to others by giving them the training, knowledge and support needed to provide them with the tools to thrive in business.

Rach Wynes Artistry & Training was a way to merge the two successful businesses under one roof. From this we are able to offer treatments and provide training.
